I have a very cozy and cute room in my 2-bed ground floor apartment by the lawrence west subway station 5 min walk, and i am looking for a female roommate preferably. The apartment is very bright, well-maintained and is located in an incredibly convenient location. The bedroom is fully furnished a single bed, large mirror-ed built-in wardrobe, big desk, chair, shelve unit and coffee table, and a bathroom. I am looking to live with someone clean, quiet, positive, respectful, who wants to live in a place they treat like home and appreciates a balance of socializing and down-time.
