2 out of the 3 private bedrooms are available. 1050$ per room, and only one person per room. 300 regina street is a 5 minute walk to the laurier campus, close to university of waterloo, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, community centers and public transit! There is 1 full bathroom, which would mostly be shared between two bedrooms (except for the shower), a half bathroom is in the third bedroom (that i will occupy), a kitchen (includes - fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven), a common area with a couch and a tv, and a large balcony. The building has a gym, basketball court, volleyball court, study room and laundry room. Everything is included except for hydro, which would be split between roommates (average 25$). The bedroom comes unfurnished, but all the common spaces are furnished. There is underground parking available at an extra cost. A 12 month contract is mandatory, until end of august 2025first and last month's rent (2100$) required for the deposit as well as a key deposit of 50$i am a third year female wlu kin student turning 21 i will be living in the apartment.
