Hello, 1 room with large private washroom (not pictured but has a standing shower) available for december 1st (early move in may be possible). Located just off quinpool and robie, perfect location for a mature dal/smu student or health care professional. Rent is $1270 and utilities are extra at about $80. There are currently no parking spots available for the unit, but there is street parking in the area. Another working professional and i live in the unit. We're both friendly and clean. Looking for someone similar. The unit is attached to other units and does not allow parties. Two friendly cats live in the unit, so no additional pets would be considered.
