Hi, we are looking for a third roommate urgently to team up with us and share a three-bedroom townhouse close to downtown calgary and ctrain. We are looking for a female nonsmoker, with no pets, no drugs, no party, quiet, clean, and reliable. Must provide proof of income or savings and credit reports. The monthly rent will be $800 plus utilities per person. Looking to move in june or july 1st, 2024. We are quiet, hardworking, clean ladies and easy to get along with.
