Just off of whyte ave, 30 second walk to bus stops that go directly to macewan and the university of alberta. Free parking on street or can do paid parking in the back under a covered stall. Everything furnished except for the bedroom. You will have a private bathroom right beside your bedroom. There is tons of natural light and a balcony! We currently have cats so no pets accepted at the moment. Perfect for students location wise or central workers. In suite laundry. We also have an a/c and heater for the seasons.
