Price 960 is including all utilities, dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies all covered. Only food not included you'd be on your own for food. Male only. Credit check not required. First and last deposit as well as proof of employment is required. Open to long term or short term rentals. House is close to mavis town center (heartland) and a 10 min drive to square one (less if no traffic). Close to busses. Close to grocery stores. Very friendly fun people. Open to social people who like to throw parties or bookworms/ people who like to keep to themselves. Weed only welcome indoors on weekends, weekdays smoke outside.
