Located on dunlop street in the heart of downtown barrie. Right across the lake, dollarama next door, restaurants, bars all a 2 minute walk. Very beautiful space with high ceilings, bright windows, brand new appliances, etc. Utilities included full private bedroom, everything else is shared. I am 19, female, and a student at georgian.. My bedroom will be in the open area near the kitchen. Bedroom is unfurnished. You will need to bring some of your own furniture. I have 2 cats, both very sweet and playful.
