Hello! I'm lex, and my roommate is jes. We both attend durham college and are in the faculty of media art and design. We are both in our early twenties. We tend to keep to ourselves and are quiet and organized individuals. We are in our final years and will both be graduating in april! We're looking for someone who is around our age and preferably a student as well. Thank you for considering our place and reach out if you have any questions!The condo is a short, five to ten minute walk to durham college / ontario tech north campus. We are located right by a bus stop on simcoe st. N that sees all 901 (oshawa centre, lakeview park, north campus, windfield farms) and the 905 (whitby station) routes. There is also a small grocery store right next to us.The total rent for the apartment is $3000 plus utilities. We split this evenly between us. When we last had a third roommate utilities were roughly $60 each per month. This covers everything for the apartment, including wifi.The listed room includes lots of space plus a private ensuite. First and last is required, hence the listed $1000 deposit. Your lease will be scheduled as month to month, but we ask to please give us a warning if you decide to move out. We have in unit laundry and a fully functional kitchen space, plus a television. All pictured furniture for your room will be included. (bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, and chair)we have a cat, so we can unfortunately not accommodate dogs or other cats, but small pets that stay in your room are welcome.Couples are welcome and will not have to pay separately, that is to be decided amongst yourselves.
