The apartment that the room is in is less than 10 minutes away from uottawa walking, on the 12th floor (elevator in the building). The room has a walk in closet and an ensuite washroom without a shower (the shower is in the other washroom). Ensuite laundry. Theres also a dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner. Utilities included. The bedroom has a table/chair in addition to the bed and dresser. Bedding/ bed cover included. The common area will have a couch and a dining table. Parking can be included for an extra 100$/month. Looking for a female roommate. 2 people total will be living in the apartment.
