There is also another half bathroom on main floor, and i have my own on suite.This price includes basic housekeeping. I keep the entries cleaned, garbage disposed of, the floors mopped, and carpets vacuumed. You are required to clean after yourself in common areas and keep your room maintained. All utilities included as well as telus pure fiber 500gb/s internet- must be employed- no pets- no smoking on property- no drugs or excessive drinkers- one occupant only- utilities and wifi included- damage deposit = rent
