Hi! Im looking for a roommate in a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in the brand new maestria building in place des arts. There are many building amenities such gym, art room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, terrace, movie theater, sauna (soon), jacuzzi (soon), game rooms, library, shared work area and an absolutely beautiful skybridge on the 26th floor.The apartment itself has everything you need, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, big fridge, tv with all the good platforms, and the room has a big closet, a bed and a desk. The rent includes water, heating, electricity and unlimited fast wifi.The apartment is 4 min away from place des arts metro and 8 min away from place darmes. Theres a mall and grocery store 5 min away but i also have an instacart subscription that id be happy to share :) *more pictures to come shortly
