Stan wadlow park is next door, featuring kiwanis pool and taylor creek trails. Canada day celebrations and summer festivals are held at the park. Woodbine beach is a short 15-minute drive away.My perspective: i love the location. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, and i can get almost anywhere without needing a car.
